1. Browsing and hosting

This website is hosted on Railway. Caddy serves its pages, scripts, fonts and images, with an optional enquiry service for online sending. Hosting infrastructure receives technical request details, such as the IP address, requested path and time, as part of handling requests.

The website application does not set cookies or include analytics, advertising pixels or third-party font requests. It does not provide visitor accounts.

2. Preparing and sending an enquiry

The brief tool uses the business name, reply email, workflow description and service interest you enter to prepare text in your browser. These entries remain in page memory while you prepare and review the brief. This website does not send enquiries automatically.

When online sending is enabled and configured, “Send enquiry” becomes available. Choosing it submits those fields to this website’s enquiry service, configured to send the message through Namecheap Private Email to info@aevonar.com. Your reply email is included so we can respond. A successful response means the mail server accepted the message for delivery; it does not confirm inbox arrival. Online sending may be unavailable, and there is no guaranteed retry or delivery receipt.

The enquiry service has no database, delivery queue or submission history and does not write enquiry bodies to application logs. It uses in-memory request-rate counters associated with a network IP address; hosting proxies can affect which address is visible. Those counters reset when the service restarts. Hosting and email infrastructure can handle operational records under their own practices; this page does not promise a retention period or absence of provider logs.

“Open email draft” remains an alternative. It passes the prepared recipient, subject and message to your device’s configured email app, addressed to info@aevonar.com. Review the draft and press Send there. Opening a draft does not send it or confirm delivery. Messages you choose to send are handled through your email provider and the recipient’s email systems.

You can also copy the brief and email it yourself. The application does not save the form state to browser local storage. Reloading resets its page-memory state; your browser may retain form or history information under its own settings.

3. Copying a brief

“Copy brief” writes the prepared text to your device’s clipboard. It can remain there according to your device and clipboard settings. Review the information before pasting or sharing it elsewhere.

4. Software examples and browser storage

Property Portal saves example project updates and roof-completion status in this site’s browser local storage. Blueprint Studio saves room choices, prepared scopes and activity in local storage. These values can remain in that browser until reset or removed; these examples do not upload them.

Use the tools’ reset controls to restore sample records. To remove stored values, clear this site’s storage in your browser settings. Someone using the same browser profile may be able to view records saved there.

Listing Launch keeps property choices, budgets, decisions, drafts and evidence in the current page’s memory. They reset on reload. A photo you select is read by the browser to display in that workspace; the application does not upload or store it on the server.

5. Flare and external websites

Flare is coming soon. Its described capabilities are planned, and the conversations and assisted actions in this website’s software examples are scripted demonstrations. They do not send a real text, make a voice call, connect to an inbox or submit information to an AI service. Use sample or non-sensitive information when exploring the examples.

Links to the separate Flare product website and featured companies open other websites. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you visit them.

6. Questions and choices
